What the form collects

The inquiry form asks for six things: first name, last name, phone number, email address, the type of concrete work you want and a description of the project. The web server records, on its own, the IP address the request came from, the browser making it, the pages asked for and the time of each. That is the whole of it. There is no account to create on this site, no login and no saved profile.

How we use it

Four purposes. To reply to your inquiry within 1 business day. To arrange the on-site visit, which is why the address matters and the phone number more than the email. To measure and write the estimate. To keep a record of jobs poured in Riverside, so the guarantee can be honoured years later against the mix and the base that were actually used. The information is not sold and it is not used for advertising.

Who we share it with

Inside the business, the estimator who visits your lot and the crew scheduled to pour it. Outside it, the providers that host this website and carry the business email, calls and text messages, each acting on instructions and nothing more. The business does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If it learns that a form was submitted by a child, the record is deleted and no reply is sent. A parent who believes that has happened can call the office and it is checked that day.

Changes, and how to reach us

This policy changes when what the site does changes, if analytics were ever added, or a retention period shortened, and the version published on this page, dated at the top, is always the current one. There is no separate notice list.
