Riverside Concrete Pro is a concrete contractor working out of 3820 Chicago Ave in Riverside, CA, and it holds a CSLB C-8 license, the California classification for concrete. It operates this website and every page on it, and it is the one party you deal with from the first inquiry through to the finished pour. No lead broker, no franchise and no agency sits between you and the crew that shows up on your street.

How estimates work

Estimates are free and every one is measured and written on site, because no Riverside lot prices honestly off a satellite photo. Nothing on this website is a quotation or an offer to contract, the pages describe how the work is done, not what your job comes to. Only the written estimate handed to you after the visit carries a figure, and it stands for 30 days from its date. After that the materials are re-checked and the estimate is confirmed or reissued.

Using this website

License, insurance, guarantee

Riverside Concrete Pro holds a CSLB C-8 license from the California Contractors State License Board, checkable on the board's own license lookup. It carries liability insurance on every job. Its written workmanship guarantee covers defects in how the concrete was built, the mix, the base, the joints, the finish. It does not cover movement in Riverside's expansive clay, misuse, vehicles heavier than the slab was built for, or normal wear. A claim starts with a call to the office.

Liability and governing law

This website is provided as is.
